1) Delivery of Goods / Installation Dates Installation dates given are approximate, unless a guaranteed has been agreed in writing and subject to receipt of:

1.1) Signed proof confirming the drawing and measurement are correct,

1.2) Deposit payment is fully paid.

 

Delivery Area

East & West Malaysia
We covered the areas across Malaysia as we do have dealers from different States, including Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Perak, Pahang, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Sabah, Sarawak.

 

Delivery Charges

Klang Valley
– There will be no delivery charges.

The rest of Malaysia
– There might be delivery charges based on the distance between your location and the authorized dealer’s location.

 

Order and Delivery Procedures

  • Order Confirmation: Once order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
  • Order Processing: Once order and payment have been received, we will process the order and deliver to our authorized dealer’s location, or directly deliver to you (if your location is under Klang Valley).

 

Deliver Lead Time

Security door – 4 weeks (If customize size extra 2 week)

* Fabrication period may be varied due to seasonal affects

Remark: Lead time start from submission of drawing to Customer Service Department

Klang Valley
– Once order is ready for delivery, our customer service department will contact you to make and confirm delivery schedules. Please check the items before accepting to ensure they are in good condition.

The rest of Malaysia
– Once order is ready for delivery, our authorized dealer will contact you to make and confirm delivery schedules. Please check the items before accepting to ensure they are in good condition.

Note: Subject to our respective fulfilment dealers’ working hours.

Order Completed: Once the order has been delivered, it will be updated as ‘Completed’.

 

Order Amendment (Wrong Information/Edit or Add Items/Wrong Order/Cancellation)

Unfortunately, you are unable to edit your order once order has been placed.
